ON ZION

Now a Kingdom all through ages for thesaints, who once were keen,

Where sweet voices ever mingle, soundlike harps before the throne,

They are firstfruits of redemption, they for sinners once did groan.

                                                CHORUS

See on Zion’s holymount, lo, they stand,

See on Zion’s holymount, lo, they stand,

They see theFather’s face and serve Him night and day,

See on Zion’s holymount, lo, they stand.

2.                    They have toiled to make them shining, and they never know retreat,

They with Jesus are now standing, intheir mouth is found no guile,

Songs they sing of great redemptionring supreme for it’s sublime.

3.                    From their holy habitation all theirstrength and zeal display,

God hath loved the gates of Zion, joyof all the earth is she,

He has named them each a number andforever His to be.

4.                    Once despised on earth they wandered –dens and caves and raging sea,

Followed Me, the Lamb so gentle, choosing not to seek their plan,

Reign with Me above all heavens, forthe race they wholly ran.

5.          Hear, Oh earth, for thee He’s calling – seeking now the great and small,

With a lowly heart and tender, trusting Him you’ll never fall,

Father, Son and Holy Spirit, give asignal sign for all,

Heavens sing with solemn praises, goye forth for harvest call.
